Angel Bias
<p><!--block-->Angel started working for KinderCare on March 1, 2006. She has worked with many age groups, but her passion is Prekindergarten. She loves to lead a team of educators with pride in preparing children for Kindergarten and beyond. She loves to help support teachers in implementing curriculum in their classrooms to sustain a high quality and enriched classroom environment. Her passion as a teacher was to help guide each child to exceed parent's academic and social expectations by motivating each child to do their best and frequently tracking their progress. With now taking on a leadership role in the center, Angel enjoys monitoring children's progress in each classroom, and loves to help teachers develop new approaches, ideas and activities to help support each individual child's learning experience in their classrooms. Angel believes that family involvement is very important, therefore she loves to give families many opportunities to help anyway they can in classrooms during special circle times that are set aside for families to come in to read books, talk about their careers or something special they do as a family. She loves to involve families in other activities for the center, such as planning field trips or center and classroom events, planning and participating in various workshops for classrooms or volunteering their time in their child's classroom. Her hobbies include reading, traveling, training in dance technique and spending time with her children and family in her spare time.</p>
